SC1220AT2 is a low-power 60GHz radar sensor with CMOS technology for 3D motion sensing.

- 2 Tx and 2 x 2Rx antennas detect azimuth, elevation, speed and distance
- Wide bandwidth (up to 6.8GHz) and high accuracy linear linear FM FMCW radar
- Sensing area: up to 0.5m(*1) with <1cm(*2) resolution (in case of hand gestures)
· Highly integrated devices to simplify hardware design
- Integrated with antenna, radio, ADC, FIFO and SPI interfaces
- Rational PCB layout, less BOM and easy assembly
- Small package (7.0mm x 7.0mm, LGA package)
· Low power consumption
- 4 levels of operation (shutdown, deep sleep, light sleep, induction)
- Intelligent power control sequencer with flexible duty cycle operation
- Average power consumption during gesture sensing is 2.5mW (* 3)
